As a Chicago native, Dr. Danielle Lee graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology and Chemistry, minoring in Public Health. Upon graduation, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she earned a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Biochemical Engineering from Midwestern University. After extensive training in the behavior, function, and resistance of bacteria, Dr. Lee decided to pursue a career in the medical field.
During the completion of her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at Midwestern University, she volunteered as the clinic coordinator for the UMOM homeless women’s clinic in downtown Phoenix. This experience allowed her to finesse her skills in wound care, diabetic foot education, and other common podiatric ailments.
Dr. Lee was accepted as a podiatric surgical resident at the Jerry Pettis VA Hospital in Loma Linda, California. Throughout her three-year residency training, she utilized modern technology and in-depth treatments to care for both current and retired veterans in a variety of fields, including general podiatry, wound care, sports medicine, infectious disease, trauma, and reconstructive foot surgeries.
She now lives in the Inland Empire and practices podiatric medicine at Loma Linda Foot and Ankle Center. There, she provides comprehensive conservative and surgical care for a wide variety of conditions that affect people of all ages.
